Stuart Scott Dies ESPN Icon Fought Cancer It's unbelievable to realize that Stuart Scott passed away after his long battle with cancer. I never met Mr. Scott and was in the same room as he once. But I feel like I know him. Stuart Scott was so full of life that he projected it through the TV camera and out to all of us. To associate him with dying is unthinkable.
