Oakland Raiders to sign 1 year Coliseum Lease Extension. I ran into my good friend Chris Dobbins who sits on the board of the Oakland Alameda County Joint Powers Authority and he gave me this scoop: Oakland Councilmember Larry Reid and other JPA board members will meet with Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis Monday and sign a one year lease extension at the Oakland Coliseum. Dobbins also said that the Coliseum City project has another investor and group in the wings should the current group not work out. This happened 45 min ago here at the Oakland Coliseum.
