Effigies In Nooses Hung At UC Berkeley Alarming. At around 9 am someone found effigies hung in nooses at various locations around UC Berkeley. One was at Sather Gate at Bancroft and College. All before the Black Lives Matter March. Who did this? They must be caught. I can't believe someone did not see this. Cal can not brush this off.
