Rob Moore - Oakland Raiders Hire Black Receivers Coach. Rob Moore is the Wide Receivers Coach for the Oakland Raiders. Coach Moore comes to Oakland from the Buffalo Bills. And before that he was receivers coach with Syracuse for four years. With Moore, Bernie Parmalee, and Marcus Washington, the Raiders Coaching Staff is beginning to look diverse and the defensive coordinator job is still open. I have to note that Rex Ryan has assembled a coaching staff that is a good model for diversity, with its defensive coordinator as Dennis Thurmond, the legendary Dallas Cowboys defensive back. I really would like to see the Oakland Raiders match the NY Jets.
